We are ranchers in WA. It's just the 2 of us on 7200
acres of steep rocky ground and we are not spring chickens anymore. We need
horses That are dependable and solid. I trust these ole boys because they
tell you everything they know about that horse and it's the truth. It comes
down to your decison to buy the horse or not.
I am really pleased with the horses I have bought, especially Uncle Ron ( I
never Changed his name). I bought Uncle Ron in 2003 he was an 8 yr old I
paid over $10,000.00 for him and he is worth every dime and I would do it
again in a heartbeat. It was a little scary at the time but I have no
regrets. I am very pleased with Ron, he is everything they said he was.
Sometimes he is a little annoying but they did say he would be. Ron does'nt
have a mean bone in his body, he takes care of me, it took a little while
for us to get use to each other. I wouldn't sell him for love or money. I
have Penned, Sorted, moved Cattle, followed cattle down the road, he can be
roped off of but I have a roping disability. I also loaned Ron to a novice
to sort on at the fair. I am very happy we found the Ranchers Horse Sale and
will continue to buy horses from them. Food for thought if you buy 4 horses
at $2500.00 that aren't any good, wouldn't it be better to spend a little
more and buy a good one at the Ranchers horse Sale. What's a broken leg
worth to you? It's worth an Uncle Ron to me.
God Bless ya,
Dixie Kelley
I've been bringing horses to the Ranchers Horse Sale for seven years.
With consignors being on an invitation only basis, it has made for an
outstanding set of horses. Mike and Jim will absolutely not tolerate
dishonesty or misrepresentation of a horse. You do it, you're gone,
simple as that. I believe that philosophy has been the main reason that
the Ranchers Horse Sale is one of the premiere sales in the west. I
always bring my best ones to Juntura.
I hope that you can use something out of this Mike. If you need to edit
or change it a little that's no big deal. See you in June.
